Reckless Driving in Virginia
I met with an accident about a month ago while driving in a storm. There was no one around and after about 15-20 minutes cops came and charged me for reckless driving (failure to maintain control). Actually since I was driving in the rain my car skidded and fell into the ditch. But there was no one around to witness this.
I have heard that reckless driving charge is serious. What should I do? Do I need to get help of a lawyer? Can someone pls recomend someone? |

RE: Reckless Driving in Virginia
Hey, sorry to hear this but after reading your post, its for sure that nothing is done intentionally by you. I would like to advise to take the help of lawyer, so that they themselves would investigate it the reason of accident and if they find that there is nothing done intentionally but due to the defect of car then you would definitively get the claim and if there is any minor or major injury happened to any person then that person will be provided insurance and would get compensation for this.
